EXPERIENCE:

More than 4 years f experience in IT, More than 2 years of experience as team leader,
Resource planning, People management, Team development, Project management, Business awareness, Problem solving, Good communication skills, Professional development, Industry awareness of products and services

  • Operating Systems: Windows desktop OS or Server; Linux
  • Antivirus: Any antivirus software (enterprise version) awareness
  • Network Technologies and Protocols: Awareness OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Server and Network Equipment: LAN and WAN equipment, x86, x86_64 servers
  • Tools (system monitoring, system management): Any enterprise management and ticketing tools
  • Technical documentation writing skills: Good documentation writing skills
  • Others: Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM

ENGLISH: Intermediate and higher, knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spain) is preferable
