Responsibilities:
- Responsibility forall operations of software development center in terms of project delivery, risk management, project portfolio and resource pool planning and control, all aspects of people management, technological expertise development, and business development in the account.
- Active participation in sales activities: oversight and take part in proposals preparation, negotiating and making corporate presentations
- Responsible for business planning and KPIs of the business unit
- Responsibility for budget and financial targets (sales, weighed sales potential, revenue, production efficiency etc.) of the department.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in IT/Telecom sphere
- 5+ years of project management experience, business development, department/company leadership, especially in SW companies
- 3+ years experience in Western companies
- Detail knowledge of product lifecycle and product portfolio management, software development and project management.
- Experience of taking responsibility for the entire company product portfolio lifecycle and product strategy
- Experience in Quality Management and implementing process models (ISO 9001:2000, CMMI).
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
- Excellent leadership and organization skills
