Position Description
Management position with particular emphasis on educational content and software development projects.
Reports to Director of International Products and Services, Competentum.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and document project development cycle and process
- Create a short term objectives and assign tasks to team members
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of projects: methods, costs, and results
- Conduct outbound calling and written communications to prospects and clients
- Perform assigned administrative tasks, including project reporting, maintaining files, information, and contacts database
- Build and manage relationships with best clients
- Identify revenue opportunities and develop on-going pipeline through relationships with current accounts
- Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding project requirements
- At least 3 years of successful experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of the eLearning market is a big bonus
- Knowledge of contracting and negotiating
- Perfect knowledge or English is required
- Must be ready to travel internationally
- Must be high energy and self-motivated
- Ability to be flexible and wear multiple hats as the variety of projects requires
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Detail orientation, with excellent planning, organization and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Skype, WebEx, Google Docs
- Working experience with MS SharePoint is a bonus
- High leadership potential
