Обязанности:
lead the team (2 subordinates)
prvide IT support to the head office
rebuild and improve the IT infrastructure in the office and WAN, replace ineffective technical solutions
lead IT related projects
4 years experience in system administration:
Oral and written English – upper intermediate level (fluent English is a plus)
MS Active Directory, IAS, DNS, ISA; knowledge of MOM, SMS, Lotus Domino is a plus
Good knowledge of Cisco technologies and configuration skills; knowledge of IP telephony is a plus
ITIL – knowledge of the support orgainzation principles
