Position: IT Production Manager Department: IT Reports to: Head of IT Main Responsibilities
- Define and assign execution of functions to Team staff
- <i>Establishes proper distribution of the activities among the team
- Timely Status Reporting & Incident reporting to Head of IT
- Technical consulting and working out of proposals for IT related matters
- Agreement of contracts with IT service providers & control over their execution;
- Handling / prioritization of requests from other departments for team perimeter.
- Delivering IT Infrastructure Projects on time in line with Management Expectations
- Analysis and elimination of IT related problems
- Performance of IT Security Manager functions for team perimeter
- Management of Electronic Data Archiving in line with data rentention policy & BCP requirements
- IT Production Budget control.
- BCP / DRS exercises.
Requiremenrs
- Project Management experience and Planning Skills
- Good Analysis & Problem solving skills
- General Knowledge of Banking & operations
- 1-2 years experience in Banking or Banking related sphere
- Fluent English
