informed about new activities, events, product launches,
promotional offers - Listen or read Coffee Specialist communications/answers
and evaluate their quality - Control quality of customer data entered by team in
system - Conduct Coffee Specialist performance reviews and
administer rewards
- Guarantee efficient communication with team to keep them
Requirements:
- Good education level
- 2 years of training in customer relations &
Sales - Minimum 1 year experience in team management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT phone system and
of statistics - Russian and English required
