Main responsibilities:
- SEO optimization of the website, including optimizing current web page designs and working with the development teams on projects that are being eveloped or planned.
- Be able to work on SEO independently and/ or with outsourced agency
- Monitor, track, and report on natural search metrics and rankings, including trend analysis.
- Driving and improving traffic to the web properties using SEO methods.
- Provide support for search engine optimization recommendations.
- Interact with Marketing and Content Editors group to optimize copy and landing pages for SEO
- Assist in Keyword discovery and expansion
- Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies
- Back link strategy and implementation
- Directory submissions and revisions
- Internal link optimization
- SEO technical analysis and evaluation
- Key phrase research
- META optimization
- Stay up to date on the latest industry developments
Main requirements:
- Degree in economics or marketing is preferred
- Deep knowledge and relevant practical experience in e-commerce and web site development;
- Extensive knowledge in web-marketing and internet promotion tools;
- General project management skills
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time SEO experience for a medium to large size company
- A documented, proven track record for driving traffic
- Knowledge of white hat SEO/SEM methods and best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/methods
- Basic programming and web design knowledge and how it affects SEO
- Advanced understanding of how websites work
- Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills. Show superior judgment and professionalism when corresponding with partners and team members.
- Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Native Russian speaker, fluent English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
