Responsibilities:
- CRM administrative tasks realizaton
- Users account creation/authorization
- System monitorig
- Helpdesk and end users interaction
- Problems solving
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in IT business applications (CRM) implementation and support in FMCG or similar industry. Good understanding of FMCG CRM business processes.
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/CE (Administration/Development), + Windows Server 2000/2003 administration, Windows Mobile 5 OS.
- Stress tolerance
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Pocket PC computers and development in Windows Mobile 5/6 would be a benefit
- English – intermediate
