·       Sale of Company’s software in the field of plant enginering in the region of Russia and CIS ·       Revenue responsibility for the above mentioned sales area ·       Development of Sales- and Product-Strategies in collaboration with Management ·       Key Account Management for selected customers ·       Acquisition of new customers and new market segments ·       Providing support to our customers from order to delivery and acceptance of the solutions ·       Calculate and prepare offers and tenders ·       Contribute to establishing prices and discounts ·       Sales and operations planning and reporting ·       Prepare and arrange presentations and sales events ·       Act as Branch Manager for office in Moscow ·       Management responsibility for the Sales staff in Moscow as well as dotted line for the Technical Sales staff ·       Report to the VP Central & Eastern Europe Professional Knowledge and Skills: ·       Appropriate experience in sales/management positions ·       Good knowledge of the market of enterprise engineering software for the design, construction and operation of plants, ships and offshore facilities. ·       Experience in country responsibility preferable ·       Assertiveness ·       Good negotiating skills ·       Strong skills in acquisitions and conclusion of sales ·       Understanding customer needs ·       Experienced presenter, adeptness in Microsoft Office package ·       Good communicator ·       Solid business sense ·       Willingness to travel ·       Fluent English Education: ·       Technical and/or Marketing/Sales and Management education on University level or equivalent
