The company has established a central sales channel team that is monitoring sales in its various channels and leverages best practices in regular conferences and consultations with the countries. The challenge consists in detecting strategic and operational improvement potential and designing appropriate measures to be taken in the individual markets.
Michael Page is now on behalf of our client seeking to recruit a Global Business Sales Manager to be placed in Kista (Stockholm) and report to the Director Sales Channels.
Job description:
- Evaluate and assist countries in preparing sales strategies for business in all segments across all channels
- Initiate and lead/supervise projects on operational improvements (organisational set-up, processes, system support)
- Initiate and coordinate infrastructure improvement initiatives regarding lead management, sales and CRM
- Monitor and report business performance in all countries
- Cooperate in creating business vision, strategy, overall goal and road map i.e. determining size, scope and structure of Tele2’s business sales
- Develop blueprint for ideal business sales organisations in “advanced”
- Senior advisory role for local projects
- Prepare of agreements with international business partners (infrastructure / tool support)
- Perform segments financial reporting and data collection
- Work closely with central Product Team to optimize Go-To-Market strategies
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of business sales and leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of the company’s business products and services
- Knowledge of competitive landscape in telecom industry
- Previous relevant work experience as Business Sales Manager, Consulting and / or Business Development for Business)
- Project management skills (business case modeling)
- Financial skills / business mindset / analytical skills/ presentation skills
- Very good communication and networking skills
- Outgoing, good at dealing with local markets (diplomatic but convincing)
- Very good English skills (oral, written)
- Willing to travel extensively
