This wok consists of field work and excuting due diligence for the merger of several existing Telecommunications Companies in Kazakhstan and across the country as a part of an existing project. Reporting to CEO and BOD.
The work is technical and commercial due diligence of network and commercial operations across many locations in Kazakhstan. Teamworking required. High technical and commercial skills required and excellent understanding of transmission services, technologies and longdistance fiberoptic networks.
The ideal candidate should have a practical and educational background gained from telecom operator as service provider, preferrably or investment agency, or a Vendor. Some consultancy experience would also useful.
Experience from multiple technologies is needed: Copper lines, xDSL technology, Fiber-optic lines, WLL (Wireless Local Loop) technology, Radio-relay lines, Satellite systems etc,
