In order to assist their customers and develop the client portfolio we are recruiting a Head of Product Development Russia – Eastern Countries based in Paris (FRANCE)
Job description:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you are responsible for conducting new business development, through our sales network, you will intervene right from addressing specific requests to finalising business markets and will guarantee that they run smoothly. In this position you will:
- provide technical support to your sales team,
- be responsible for defining the entire scope of client need for specific products and manage the development process in collaboration with the R&D, quality control, production department and the client (including studying products and identifying potential market trends),
- Keep up to date with technological advances, benchmarking competitors, following closely market development in terms of annual turnover according to each product family in order to adapt the company’s commercial policies and procedures
Who we are looking for:
You have an engineering or commercial degree background with at least ten years experience in sales development for specific devices or installation processes within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
A knowledge of primary pharmaceutical packaging, sterile products or elastomers would be a plus.
You are fluent in English and German, a knowledge in Russian would also be appreciated
