Responsibilities:
Pricipal Functions:
- Basic support to users in installation, configuration / maintenance of hardware, microcomputer systems, networking and communications.
- Management of requests of services TIC in the first level of support in Plant and relation with the “Information System Service Center” of the Group.
- Relation with suppliers of products and external services.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the existing system of communications in the plant:
- To analyze the breakdowns in the computer existing equipments, planning the actions necessary for his regularization.
- To analyze the existence of technical viability, in affirmative case to direct to the personnel for his repair, in negative case, to file the notification and to inform the provider.
- To request the collaboration to the personnel of the Group, in case of not possessing the means and necessary information in the repair of breakdowns.
- To coordinate the accomplishment of the actions of periodic maintenance in the existing equipments, with the objective to support his major availability and profitability.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in microcomputer science, operating systems and databases of Microsoft.
- Desirable knowledge in ERP SAP. Desirable knowledge in practical ITIL / ISO 20000.
- Teamwork, flexibility, learning capacity and evolution.
- Language: Native Russian language; English is desirable a good level.
