Требования к квалификации:
- Good spoken English. Good spoken German is a must.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills, customer service attitude, team-player
- Ability to interact and communicate in a multicultural environment
